Upcoming program for adults

On June 30 at 7:30, Marsha Hartley of Namaste will present a program of yoga stretches and relaxation techniques outside by the gazebo. She will teach some stretches,  simple yoga poses, and stress-reducing ideas that will help with balance, flexibility, and relaxation.  If you want to join us, register at the library, or by calling us at 508-763-8600.  You can also email us at info@plumblibrary.com.  Bring your own yoga mat.  The Friends of the Plumb Library will provide water and fruit.  This program is sponsored by Act II: Boomers and Beyond Grant program facilitated by the MA Board of Library Commissioners.  If there is enough interest, Marsha might be persuaded to make this a weekly thing!
